LoomTrade is an online marketplace that connects people who buy fabric with mills, traders and stockists who sell it. LoomTrade is not a party to any deal between users: prices, quality, payment and delivery are agreed directly between buyer and seller.
You log in with your mobile number and a one-time password. The details you give, including your name, email and business details, must be true and kept up to date. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
When you register a business with a GSTIN, you confirm that you are its proprietor, a partner, a director or an authorised signatory, and that you are authorised to register and act for it on LoomTrade. Business details are taken from the GST portal. We may suspend a business that was registered without authority.
Whoever posts an enquiry is the buyer for it, and whoever quotes on it is the seller for it. Listings, photos and quotes must describe the fabric honestly. When you post an enquiry, you agree that your name, number and requirement are shared with up to the number of sellers you choose.
Buyers use LoomTrade free of charge. Receiving enquiries may require a paid subscription, as shown at the time of purchase. LoomTrade takes no commission on your orders.
Do not post false or misleading information, use other people's details, send spam, misuse buyers' or sellers' contact details, or try to break or overload the service.
You keep ownership of the text and photos you add, and allow LoomTrade to show them on the website and app to run the service.
LoomTrade provides the platform as it is and does not guarantee any seller, buyer, fabric or deal. Please verify the other party before dealing.
